Catskills Irish Arts Week Purchase/refund policy: CIAW purchase/refund policy: No refunds will be considered by the M. J. Quill Centre without a written request submitted in advance or no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the Catskills Irish Arts Week (July 19, 2008) explaining the reason for cancellation or non-appearance. A processing fee $25 per registrant will be deducted to cover any transactions.
*Usually cancellation has to be due to work, personal crisis or health. Will not approve a refund based on an unsatisfactory housing situation.
