Tony De Marco
Tony De Marco was born to Irish American parents in Brooklyn. Tony is one of the nation’s leading exponents of the great Sligo fiddle tradition as exemplified, in the last century, by the likes of Michael Coleman, Paddy Killoran and James Morrison. He has recorded for several labels and was a member of two influential Irish-American groups, Flying Cloud and Celtic Thunder. He recorded the critically acclaimed album Apples in Winter with Brian Conway in the late 1970’s.
